Pecan Sandies

If you can believe it, only five simple ingredients create this extraordinary melt in your mouth cookie.  Chock full of sweet creamery butter and chopped pecans, add a little bit of Johnnie Walker Red and dust with icing sugar….HEAVEN!  And may I say MORE-ish.  You certainly won’t be able to stop at one!
