After several requests to work on an oatmeal raisin cookie, I found the time to work on one. The first time they spread too much, although they did taste lovely. I was looking for a more compact cookie, one that was rich and flavourful, the kind of cookie where you close your eyes after taking the first bite because it’s BLISS. Round two, I was almost there, but something still wasn’t right. Well, third time is the charm.
